Cancellation/return policy

Returning Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a return for the items purchased, a full or partial refund depending on the situation. To receive full refund you must return merchandise within seven (7) days and in excellent condition. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To submit returns for processing please feel free to call us at (716)603-5301.   In order to process a return, a phone call has to be made to our office for instructions or simply send us an email to BELLALAVIECOLLECTION@GMAIL.COM the email must contain the following:

Order Number #
Style # (Description)
Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)

The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer’s error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. However, during the Holiday Season from December 1st until February 1st of the following year, you will be able to return any merchandise you are not satisfied with for a full refund. You must follow the criteria listed above in order to get full refund.  Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Further, if you are cancelling and order place or LAY-AWAY a $25 dollar cancellation fee will be assessed to any cancelled orders regardless of reason.  Your refund will be return minus the cancellation fee within seven (7) business days.  All cancellation must be done in writing.  It may be sent via email.
